Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Eligible Claims We only accept claims for the following:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Print errors (wrong design, misalignment, etc.)
  • Damaged or incorrect items received

How to File a Claim Contact us within 14 days of delivery at septnative@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Eligible Claims

  • Sizing issues (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery
